Now, I’m almost 100% certain a mid-week, child-free, all expenses paid break to New York is off the cards (mores the pity), so instead I’m wondering if I should ask if my family will club together and buy me a new watch.
It has to be said that I’m not the easiest person to buy for, which is possibly a gargantuan understatement. I’m not overly girlie but I like to be feminine. I have sensitive skin, so need a leather strap. I’m not glamorous, and I don’t suit bling. I’m always on the go and I exercise at least five days a week. I need a watch that will cover all the bases, meet my all too exacting requirements, and I have to like the way it looks.
Fussy, me? Why yes, yes I am!
After searching for something I could love, I found this little beauty on The Watch Hut. It’s a Tissot Ladies T Sport Chronograph Strap Watch (try saying that without your teeth in) and it retails at £315. It pretty much ticks all the boxes I need it to and I’m a little bit in love with the thought of it.
So if you’re reading this, and you’re related to me, then consider this to be one not-so-subtle watch sized hint.
The rest of you? As you were…
