OK, so lets face it, my Wordless Wednesday is hardly wordless Not even close. More Wordy Wednesday than anything else as it happens. In a lazy ingenious attempt to kill two birds with one stone I’m splicing this week’s together with a great meme for you you (see what I did there?).
Tara, her of Sticky Fingers fame, tagged me (about a decade ago) in her Picture Perfect Meme. The simple rules are:
* Ask your child (regardless of age) to draw a picture of you.
* Post it on your blog.
* Tag others if it floats your boat.
My boisterous son, Big E is just two weeks shy of his 3rd birthday and loves anything that involves getting messy using his easel, crayons, chalks and paints. He’s also partial to a bit of aquadraw and would fashion characters from Mr Potato Head all day were he not so often distracted by Kung Fu Panda.
Since I asked him to draw me he seems to have become rather obsessed with the notion. So much so that I couldn’t just include one of his offerings.
Nothing unusual there then.
I’d like to see the offspring of the following bloggers totally embarrass create beautiful portraits of their parents:
Very Bored Housewife
Weston-super-Mum
Flower Fairies and Fairy Cakes
Hot Cross Mum
The Potty Diaries
All that comes with it
Sleep is for the weak
No photoshopping the results now…..

I am very impressed at his enthusiasm, not 1 but 5 portraits. I would be lucky to get one in total from both of mine!
